Positive: Easy communication with the property owners, access of keys. Clean flat. Parking is available.
Negative: The location is on the High Street of Andover. As we were staying in the area for a Gravel Ride with an early start in the morning, the nightlife and noise from the surrounding pubs were a little loud (until 1 am), and with the windows open (due to the summer heat), it was not an ideal situation for a good night's sleep.
